Sister-city relations between Rostov-on-Don and Čačak are relatively recent and were established in 2025. Despite this, the leadership of both cities is actively discussing areas of future cooperation. Priority areas include the economy, education, tourism and youth policy, laying the foundation for long-term and mutually beneficial partnership.
